I am so sorry for the loss of Mr. Harry Hamlin. I had the distinct pleasure of caring for both he and his wife, Jeanette, for a brief amount of time, and I truly enjoyed every weekend that I shared with them. The great stories, the Bible discussions with Harry, the preparing of meals, watching the Detroit Tigers, and the Sunday outings are all memories I will cherish. To a great man that I am glad I got to meet and know...Rest in peace, my friend. Vera Prince

I first met Harry and Jeanette Hamlin at Pennfield First Assembly of God church, he was my mom's Sunday School Teacher. Numerous times I sat in the class with her and enjoyed his teachings, and the rest of the wonderful and precious brothers and sisters who were in that class. Harry and Jeanette were loving, and precious. I will never forget them. To be absent from the world is to be present with the Lord, how great is that. I look forward to seeing them, along with other wonderful ones who have went home to be with the Lord.

I remember Harry from his bus driving days, if the Tigers were playing an afternoon game he would always have it on the transistor radio in the front of the bus...He was a good man that left a positive legacy on all of us Level Park kids! RIP Harry...
