Dear Celia and Family: We are in Florida presently and unable to attend. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Seems only yesterday that Charles and I would camp out in the backyard, laugh and carryon as 2 young boys will do, or Charles and Celia showed up at Dad & Mom's so we met Celia for the first time. It appears he passed quickly, with little or no suffering, doing something he loved, helping family in need. Our love and prayers to you and the family. Cee and the Beard Family, I am truly sorry for the loss of such a great man. Grandpa Chuck was a fixture in my life and part of every milestone I can recall, from birthday parties, graduations to weddings. Thank you for sharing your light and love with our family. We will all miss your easy smile and kind eyes.

I just want to express my condolences for the loss of Chuck. I had the pleasure of working with Chuck at Binder Park Zoo. He always had a smile and a joke to say! He always made me laugh! Rest in peace my friend. Remembering the trip we took to Wyoming in 1984 to hunt mule deer and antelope and the people in charge of groceries bought 90% granola bars. You were not happy. Something you never forgot since when Teresa and I got married our gift from you was a box of granola bars. Your sense of humor was exceptional. You will be missed dearly my friend.
