So sorry to hear of Dorothy's passing. I cared for Dorothy for about 2 years. She a sweet and kind lady. We had many good talks on our way to get groceries. Dorothy just had a gentleness about her that even a small child found her to be her GG on a chance meeting at the grocery store we always went on the same day and so did that little ones mom each time we went she would point and say GG! Dorothy was loved by many and I will miss her, but I know I will see her again one day. All she hoped and prayed for was for family to be family and wanted so much for everyone to get along. Forget past hurts and embrace each other. When her Grandkids visited it's all she wanted to talk about, you made her day! I heard stories about each one of you and nothing meant more to her than her children, grandchildren. One time we spent a few hours putting a puzzle together and she was quite a card a wonderful lady with an easy philosophy, love everyone and don't believe everything you hear. Thanks for sharing her with me she was a very special lady.....

My mom was the most giving person I have ever known. She never thought of herself first. She was funny and always made me smile. SHe will be missed greatly.

Dorothy's family, I am so sorry to read about Dorothy's passing. She was a great lady, & friend to many. I remember when she helped in the kitchen at the old LMS. She would do any thing she could to help us feed the kids. She will be missed. Barb Eyre
