I remember the fun we all had with our cousins every New Years Day at our Grandma and Grandpa Lareau's house. Harry is in the first row on the far right, and his brother George is in the first row on the far left. Rest in peace dear cousins, you will be greatly missed by many. With love, your cousins

I was always impressed with Harry’s broad range of skills. Whether it was construction, woodworking, plumbing, electrical, auto repair or other Harry possessed a surprising depth of knowledge on a variety of subjects. He encouraged me to try things even when I didn't think I knew enough about the job to tackle it. He inspired to overcome doubts and gain confidence through research and self teaching. Harry always treated me well, was a good father-in-law and friend. His presence will be missed!

Harry was one of the most dedicated Project Managers that I had the privilege of working with in the 70's. We had some great times together. God bless him and his family.

Harry and I have been close friends for over fifty years. Along with Joe Martell and John "Scotty" McWilliams we were in Civil Air Patrol in the early 60"s, stood up in each others weddings, played cards and went to "deer" camp just to make sure we saw each other at least a few times a year. I have to say that knowing all of these guys has given my life a tremendous joy. Each of us married well and remain married to the same wife, mine now at 44 years. Pat and my thoughts are with Leigh and the girls but also on the great times we shared.

It was the winter of 1977-78. Harry and I were trapped in the Holiday Inn in Elyria, Ohio during one of the regions worst snow storms. It had shutdown our system debug at the Ridge Tool Co. where we were completing our storage/retrieval project. It closed the Ohio Turnpike for one of the few times in it's history. We miraculously survived living on rations of J & B Scotch and the best foods their restaurant had to serve the few remaining residents. We were safe. Our greatest fear was that they would run out of J & B. The food was a lesser concern. Great bonding memories. Harry was a great man. A wit and humor without match. We will miss you Harry. Leigh & Family: I am so sorry for your loss. I never had a chance to meet Harry but I am sure he must have been a loving husband and father to have such a wonderful family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
