Ms. Esther was a one of a kind lady. She was always so concerned about her children, family in general was always a topic of conversation. She also showed concern for other residents at Reflections Memory Care. I enjoyed the 2 years I had with Esther, sometimes serving her meals listening and talking with her. Her children were always very attentive to their mother and her needs. I was glad to have been able to meet her daughter's and their families, when they'd come to visit and care for Ms. Esther. I've known her son Brian for sometime and would talk with his Mom about him and his silly side at his job with BC Transit. I know Ms. Esther is in heaven surrounded by family that she often spoke of. That she is well in Jesus. Probably playing cards and rejoicing in her newness. May the blessings of God be with all of you in this time of loss. Having lost my own Mother, they are in our hearts and watching over us always. May the Lord's embrace be ever near, and comfort you all now and always.
